Installation and usage suggestions
During installation, it is recommended to use spring washers in conjunction with M12 bolts (inner diameter matching) to ensure that the surfaces of the bolts, nuts, and washers are clean, rust free, and deformation free.
After tightening the bolt to a certain torque, check whether the spring washer is fully compressed and fits the connection surface to avoid misalignment.
When repairing or replacing bolted connections, replace the spring washers as their elasticity will decrease with use.
If the bolted connection is frequently exposed to water, mud, or corrosive environments, it is recommended to choose spring washers with galvanized or other anti-corrosion treatments.
When replacing, pay attention to the elastic state of the new gasket material, without cracks or deformations; Before installation, a slight visual inspection can be conducted
