Simple and reliable structure The retaining ring is a standard elastic or rigid ring component, with mature technology and stable process. | Low cost and strong universality Compared to specialized locking mechanisms, the retaining ring itself has a lower cost and is easy to replace. | Convenient maintenance During maintenance, replacing the retaining ring is quick and the downtime is short. | Adapt to harsh environments: In the use environment of agricultural machinery (alternating dust, water, vibration, and impact), retaining rings can stabilize the position of components, thereby improving system reliability. |

Technical Parameters
Retaining Ring/Gasket
| ITEMS | DESCRIPTION |
| Code | DG2003K.26.1-01 |
| Application | Suitable for multiple models of LOVOL (such as AF108/RG108 or its variants), including gear train, gearbox, drive shaft assembly, etc |
Product Uses
Axial positioning:
When the shaft, bearing, or sleeve component rotates or carries a load in the body, the retaining ring is installed in the shaft groove, shaft shoulder, or housing groove to prevent axial end movement, thereby ensuring that the bearing and other components remain in the correct position.
Component fixation:
When multiple components are combined, the retaining ring can serve as a physical stop between the components, maintaining a preset gap or fit state, and preventing loosening or displacement due to vibration or load impact
Product Operate Guide
Thoroughly clean before assembly:
there should be no impurities, burrs, or corrosion inside the shaft shoulder and groove to ensure smooth installation of the retaining ring and prevent misalignment caused by debris.
The installation sequence is correct:
usually, the bearings, sleeves, or other axial components should be installed in place first, and then the retaining ring should be installed to confirm that the subsequent components cannot push past the retaining ring position.
Check the locking status:
For machines that have been in use for a period of time, it is recommended to check whether the retaining ring has shifted, become loose, or if the groove has become larger. If found, it should be repaired or replaced immediately
