Application environment:
In the walking mechanism of AF108/RG108 (such as track support axle, walking gearbox or wheel hub bearing compartment), this sealing ring may be placed between the bearing end cover or wheel housing, oil seal structure to prevent soil, water, rice residue from entering the sealing chamber and prevent grease or oil from leaking out.
Product Operate Guide
1.When replacing the sealing ring, it is recommended to clean the installation groove and flange first to ensure that there is no dirt, rust, or scratches.
2.Before installing the new sealing ring, a thin layer of suitable lubricating grease can be applied to the surface or lip to facilitate smooth contact between the lip and the shaft/housing surface during the first start-up.
3.During the initial operation after installation, it is necessary to observe whether there is any leakage or signs of foreign objects entering the location of the sealing ring. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
