Ensure the correct fit/clearance between the supporting wheel bearings or shafts and the wheel housing, thereby ensuring that the supporting wheel does not deviate from the axis or experience abnormal wear during rotation. | Plays an isolation/buffering role: isolates metal from direct contact, reduces friction, minimizes foreign object intrusion, and improves sealing performance. | Improve the service life of the supporting wheel components and reduce maintenance frequency. | In harvesters with high track loads, a reliable support wheel structure is particularly important; Although the spacer is a small piece, it also affects the overall stability and smoothness of walking |

Product Operate Guide
Common maintenance items
1.Wear condition: The supporting wheel is often invaded by soil, gravel, residual straw and other debris during field operations, with large axial and radial loads. Once the spacer is worn, it can cause the supporting wheel to wear unevenly, make abnormal noises, and suffer early damage.
2.Gap loss of control: If the clearance between the spacer sleeve is too large, it may cause vibration or jumping between the wheel housing and the bearing, thereby affecting the track tension and wheel rail life.
3.Installation error: When replacing the supporting wheel or disassembling the walking system, if the spacer is not installed correctly (such as reversed direction, lack of lubrication, or failure of the sealing gasket), it may cause lubrication leakage and premature bearing damage.
4.Recommended inspection cycle: It is recommended to check the walking system after each work season, including the status of the supporting wheels, bearing temperature, abnormal noise, wear of the spacer sleeve, and tension of the tracks.
5.Replacement standard: When the surface of the spacer is significantly ground, the mating surface is scratched, there are metal wear marks on the edge of the wheel housing, or there is axial runout after the installation of the supporting wheel, the spacer and related accessories should be considered for replacement
