Installation and usage suggestions
Before installation, check the fit between the bolts and screw holes: the threads should be free of damage, mud, and corrosion, and the thread fit should be smooth.
Use appropriate torque: Determine the preload force based on the bolt diameter, grade, material, and connector material. Tightness or insufficient torque can both lead to bolt failure.
Attention to anti-corrosion treatment: If bolts are used in outdoor or humid environments, it is recommended to choose products with anti-corrosion coatings (galvanized, phosphated, or fluorine coated).
Regular inspection: Agricultural machinery has a long operating cycle and frequent vibration, and the pre tightening status, looseness or deformation of key fasteners should be checked regularly.
