Screening out grains The seeds fall off from the ear shell under the impact of the drum and fall through the concave sieve holes, Preliminary separation of seeds from straw and husk. | Control threshing intensity The aperture, curvature, and gap size of the concave plate directly affect the threshing effect; Large pores and wide gaps → unobstructed but vulnerable seeds; Small hole, tight gap → sufficient separation but prone to blockage | Protecting seeds Optimizing the structure of the concave plate sieve can reduce grain breakage rate while fully threshing, Especially suitable for low loss harvesting of crops such as rice and wheat |

Product Uses
The front concave plate screen is used in conjunction with the middle concave plate screen and the rear concave plate screen,
The three parties jointly complete the first half of the process of "threshing separation cleaning".
It is the first sieve plate in the threshing system to come into contact with crops,
Has a significant impact on the grain removal rate and breakage rate

Product Operate Guide
1. Pre use inspection and adjustment
Check the firmness of installation
Confirm that the fixing bolts of the concave plate screen are tightened and not loose.
The gap between the sieve plate and the threshing drum is uniform to prevent rubbing or uneven wear during operation.
Clean the sieve holes
Remove any remaining straw, soil, or seeds from the previous task before use,
Ensure unobstructed sieve holes to prevent affecting threshing efficiency.
Adjust the appropriate gap
Adjust the distance between the concave plate and the drum according to the crop type and moisture content:
Rice → slightly larger gap to prevent grain breakage.
Wheat → slightly smaller gap, conducive to purification.
Refer to the "Front Concave Gap Adjustment Standard" in the Wode model manual (generally within the range of 10-16mm).
2、 Suggestions for use in homework
Pay attention to the threshing effect
If the seeds are not completely removed, reduce the gap between the concave plates or increase the drum speed appropriately.
If the seeds are broken or there is a lot of grass mixed in, slightly increase the gap or reduce the speed.
Prevent blockage
When crops are damp or have a lot of weeds, the feeding rate should be reduced and uniform feeding should be maintained.
If there is abnormal vibration or noise in the threshing area, immediately stop the machine and check if the concave plate is stuck by foreign objects.
Pay attention to protecting the screen surface
It is strictly prohibited to enter foreign objects (stones, wire, etc.) to prevent deformation of the sieve plate and damage to the drum.
3、 Key points for maintenance after homework
Cleaning and rust prevention
Immediately remove the dust and residual seeds on the surface of the concave plate sieve after the homework is completed.
If the machine is stopped for a long time, apply a small amount of rust proof oil or spray lubricant on the surface.
Check for wear and tear
Observe whether the edges of the sieve holes are deformed, cracked, or rounded.
If the sieve holes become larger or uneven, they should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent impurities from mixing with the grains.
Regularly tighten bolts
Due to significant vibration, it is necessary to regularly check the fixing bolts after long-term use to prevent loosening.
Seasonal storage
Store in a dry place and avoid direct contact with damp ground,
Wooden boards can be padded to prevent moisture, rust or deformation. "
