Maintenance and replacement suggestions (practical operation checklist)
Check whether the blade riveting is loose and whether the blade is cracked before and after each assignment.
Regularly (every few days/tens of hours when the workload is heavy) sharpen or replace severely worn blades to keep the incision sharp.
Apply an appropriate amount of lubricant to the guide rail and connection of the tool holder (but do not apply lubricant to the cutting edge).
When replacing rivets/fasteners, use original or equivalent specifications, and the riveting/fastening should be firm and not misaligned.
If deformation is found in the guard or blade holder, it should be stopped for maintenance in a timely manner to avoid damage to the derailleur mechanism or variable speed transmission
