The functions include Improve the rigidity of the chassis or cutting platform structure, reduce deformation and vibration. Maintain accurate position of the guide rail to ensure smooth operation of moving parts without deviation or jamming. Provide sturdy connection points to withstand impacts, vibrations, mud, weeds, and other impacts from the front end during operation. Because it is a welded component, its structure is usually sturdy and suitable for harsh field environments. |

Product Uses
Confirm your Wode model (such as 4LZ-4.0, 4LZ-6.0P, etc.). Due to different power and chassis models, the size of the guide rails may vary
This component may be installed in the following locations:
At the connection between the cutting platform or chassis and the walking mechanism, the guide rail is used to support the movement or posture adjustment of the cutting platform/front structure of the machine body.
At the front end of the chassis, as a "front guide rail", it provides support or guidance for the front structure of tracks, track harvesters, or wheeled models“

Suggestions for Use and Maintenance
·Pre installation inspection: When replacing or installing, check whether the installation surface of the machine is flat, whether the bolts are loose, and whether there are cracks in the welds.
Regular inspection for wear/deformation: Due to the impact and vibration on the front guide rail, fatigue cracks, deformation, and loose welds are prone to occur. Check before each quarterly assignment.
·Anti corrosion treatment: There is a lot of mud and water during field operations, and the impact of debris is strong. It is recommended to apply anti rust coating to the guide rail welding parts during non operating seasons to reduce corrosion.
·Bolt tightening: The installation bolts should have anti loosening measures (such as locking plates and nuts), which can easily loosen under vibration operation.
·Timely replacement: When you find that the weld seam of the welded part is cracked, the rail plate is severely worn, the installation hole position is deformed, or the machine body connection is loose, you should replace it in a timely manner to prevent the guide rail from failing and causing the machine body to move unstably, the cutting table to shift, and the walking mechanism to jam.
·Keep the guide rail clean: Although it is a structural component, the long-term accumulation of mud, sand, and weeds can cause corrosion and accumulation at the welded joint, and should be cleaned up in a timely manner“
