Product Uses
1. Installation location of supporting wheel
Used to adjust the axial clearance of the wheel between the supporting axle and the bracket by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the gasket,
Ensure that the supporting wheel rotates flexibly, without shaking or uneven wear.
When the bearing or shaft sleeve of the supporting wheel is worn or the assembly clearance changes, the adjustment pad can be replaced or increased or decreased to restore the correct fit.
2. Adjustment of tensioning wheel and track system

Precautions for use/installation

Determine the material matching of the gasket: The gasket should have sufficient strength, wear resistance, vibration resistance, and avoid deformation or rupture.
During installation, ensure that the gasket surface is clean, free of oil stains, impurities, and that the gasket is intact without cracks.
After installing the gasket, the alignment of the components, bearing preload, clearance, and operating status should be rechecked to ensure that there are no abnormalities.
