Product Uses
Application Scenarios
Field harvesting work for LOVOL AF108 / RG108 crawler combine harvester.
Replacement for worn, deformed or broken front / rear guide rail.
Routine overhaul & maintenance of harvester crawler chassis system.
Heavy‑load working conditions: muddy farmland, wet paddy field, hilly cropland with frequent turning.
Q1: Which harvester models do these guide rails fit?
A: Specially fit for LOVOL AF108 and RG108 crawler combine harvester. Not suitable for other series without modification.
Q2: What are the failure signs needing to replace front/rear guide rail?
A: Crawler frequent deviation, track easy to fall off, guide surface heavy wear, rail bending or crack, abnormal noise when crawler running.
Q3: Can I replace only one side guide rail instead of pair?
A: Pair replacement is recommended. Single‑side replacement may cause uneven wear and new deviation problem.
Q4: How about service life?
A: Service life depends on working environment. Shorten service life under long‑time muddy, sandy field working. Regular inspection is suggested.
Q5: Are these original LOVOL OEM parts?
A: Aftermarket replacement spare parts, interchangeable with original part numbers.

Product Operate Guide
Park the harvester on flat ground, shut down the engine and cut off power. Jack‑up the crawler side for maintenance.
Loosen the crawler tension device and release crawler tension properly, move the crawler away from old guide rails.
Remove bolts and take out worn, bent or cracked old front / rear guide rail.
Clean the mounting surface of track frame, remove mud, rust and debris.
Align new DV01401000091 front guide and RV03401000044B rear guide to mounting holes, fit in position.
Install fastening bolts and torque bolts to standard torque requirement.
Reset crawler tension to factory‑specified tension value.
Manually rotate crawler to ensure no interference, then perform harvester test‑run.
Inspect guide rail surface regularly every working season. Replace once heavy wear, crack or deformation occurs.
It is recommended to replace front and rear guide rails in pairs to avoid uneven wear and crawler deviation.
Keep mounting seat clean during installation; never install deformed or modified guide rail.
Frequently check bolt tightness under muddy and paddy‑field working conditions to prevent bolt loosening.
If crawler still deviates after rail replacement, inspect idler wheel, tension spring and crawler condition together.
Abnormal noise: Check bolt tightness, remove foreign objects stuck between guide rail and crawler.
Crawler easy to fall off: Confirm correct rail installation position, readjust crawler tension.
