Product Operate Guide
For SB123, SB3125, SC71 V‑Belt | LOVOL AF108 / RG108 Combine Harvester
Cut off the engine power, wait until all rotating parts completely stop before starting installation.
Loosen the tension pulley assembly, release belt tension, remove the old worn‑out belt.
Inspect pulleys, clean dirt, debris and rust from pulley grooves. Make sure pulleys are free of cracks and heavy wear.
Fit the new belt into the matching pulley grooves.
Important: Distinguish SB123/SB3125 and SC71 models. Install belts on correct positions. Do not mix belts of different sections.
Adjust the tension pulley to achieve proper belt tension. Too loose causes slipping; excessive tension shortens belt lifespan and damages bearings.
Rotate pulleys manually for several turns, confirm the belt seats fully in grooves without offset or twisting.
Start the machine for idle test run, check for abnormal vibration, noise or belt slipping.
Re‑check belt tension after 1‑2 hours of formal operation.
