Usage and maintenance
1.Regularly lubricate the chain:
Maintaining good lubrication can reduce wear and noise. It is recommended to use lubricating grease containing molybdenum or anti-wear type.
2.Pre - and post homework checks:
Clean up mud, straw, and oil stains after each assignment to prevent foreign objects from accumulating between teeth and causing poor meshing.
3.Observe the wear condition:
When the tooth deformation tip or tooth root wear exceeds 25%, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
When the chain pitch elongation exceeds 3% of the original length, it should be replaced together with the sprocket.
⚠️ The chain and sprocket should be replaced as a set to prevent wear and tear caused by poor fit between old and new.
4.Avoid dry friction and overload:
If there is any jamming or abnormal noise during homework, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and forced operation is not allowed
