Product Advantage

Spring support and positioning
It provides a "housing/seat" for the installation of internal springs, ensuring that the springs are correctly positioned inside the pump or motor without displacement, displacement, or deformation due to vibration or pressure.

Transmitting and withstanding mechanical/spring forces
During the operation of the HST drive system (hydraulic pump or motor), the spring will be subjected to forces - WHST40-08-2 serves as the support structure for the spring, which needs to withstand these forces and evenly distribute them to the housing or pump structure to ensure internal stability.

Protecting/stabilizing internal structure
By setting a fixed installation space and direction for the spring, it avoids direct contact, friction, or vibration with other metal parts, thereby reducing wear, avoiding accidental damage to other parts, and extending the life of the spring and pump components.

As a standard accessory, it is easy to repair and replace
because it is an independent small accessory, once aged, damaged or deformed, it can be replaced separately without the need to replace the entire pump body or more complex components - improving maintenance convenience and reducing maintenance costs.

Product Operate Guide
Inspection and replacement timing
1.Cleaning and inspection before installation
Before reinstalling the spring housing, the installation surface should be cleaned to remove rust, dirt, metal shavings, etc., to ensure a good fit between the housing, pump body, and spring, and to avoid poor sealing or excessive local stress caused by foreign objects.
2.Pay attention to the direction and alignment of the spring
Ensure that the spring is correctly inserted into the housing during installation, and that the direction is consistent with the structural design. The shell should be stable, centered, and not tilted or offset.
3.Regular inspection for wear/deformation/aging
Although this is a metal shell, long-term vibration, pressure, oil erosion, etc. may cause it to deform, fatigue crack, or corrode. It is recommended to inspect this component during routine maintenance/repair and replace it if necessary.
4.Avoid overloaded operation:
When the machine is under heavy load or in harsh operating environments (such as high dust, strong vibration, and unclean oil), attention should be paid to reducing the load, maintaining lubrication and cleanliness, in order to reduce the impact and wear on the spring+housing combination“
