Do this before putting your harvester away.
Remove mud, crop residue, straw, dirt and gravel from rubber tracks and all drive belts. Use low-pressure water washing; avoid high-pressure jet cutting into rubber surface.
Wipe off engine oil, grease, herbicide or fertilizer liquid completely. Oil contamination will slowly destroy rubber even in storage.
Dry fully in shaded airflow. Never store wet rubber parts.
Visual inspection: Check for cracks, cuts, exposed steel cords, missing lugs or belt fraying. Mark damaged items and arrange replacement before next harvest, instead of storing failed parts.

Coiled conveyor belts: Store horizontally on pallets, DO NOT fold. Rotate the roll every 3 months to avoid permanent flat areas.
Do not stack heavy items on top of belt rolls.
Keep belts clean, dry and separated from oil, chemicals and heat sources.
Temperature: 10°C ~ 25°C (50°F ~77°F). Avoid above 40°C or repeated freeze-thaw cycles
Relative Humidity: ≤70%, well ventilated
Light: Dark or low light; strictly avoid direct sunlight and strong UV lamps
Distance requirement: At least 1 meter away from heat sources, motors, ozone-generating equipment and farm chemicals
