Product Operate Guide

User Guide

Step 1 Preparation

Fold the drone arms and propellers of XAG P60 / P150 2024 version in accordance with the official folding method, make the propellers cling closely to the drone arm naturally, tidy the blades to avoid messy overlapping.

Step 2 Thread the webbing

Wrap the middle part of the propeller fixing strap (PN:02-003-00951) around the folded propeller + drone arm combination. Keep the smooth side of the webbing facing the carbon propeller to prevent scratching.

Step 3 Tighten & lock

Pass the tail of the strap through the quick-release nylon buckle, pull the loose end firmly to make the webbing closely wrap the propeller without shaking. Do not over-tighten to avoid deforming the propeller root. Lock the buckle automatically after tensioning.

Step 4 Check firmness

Shake the propeller gently by hand. If the blade stays fixed without swaying, the installation is completed. Repeat the same operation for the remaining three arms of the drone.

Step 5 Removal method

Press the two sides of the quick-release buckle simultaneously with your fingers, pull out the webbing strap to release, unfold the propellers and arms for flight operation.

Usage Precautions

Do not bind excessively tight. Over-tightening for a long time may cause permanent deformation of carbon propellers.
Check the webbing and buckle before long-distance transportation. Replace worn & cracked straps timely to avoid propeller loosening during transit.
Clean pesticide residue on the strap regularly after farm work, extend service life of these harvester parts.
Keep away from sharp farm tools to prevent cutting the industrial webbing.
This strap is only used for fixing folded propellers during transportation & storage, never bind propellers when the drone is powered on.
