The disc is not installed in place or the screws are loose;
The spreading disc is deformed during transportation;
Foreign matter is stuck in the rotating part.
Reinstall the disc and perform an idle test again.
Product Operate Guide
User Guide Power off your XAG P100 Pro drone completely and remove the spreader module safely.
Unfasten the fixing screws on the left spreader housing, take out the old left spreading disc (PN:02-001-08768).
Clean internal fertilizer residues, debris and dust inside the spread bin to prevent clogging.
Align the positioning bay of the new left spreading disc with the drive shaft, install it in place, and tighten the fixing screws evenly. Do not over-tighten the screws to avoid thread slipping.
Reassemble the spreader module and mount it back on the drone.
Perform an idle rotation test on the ground without fertilizer/seeds. Check for abnormal shaking, friction noises or eccentric rotation.
If the idle test runs smoothly, you can load granular fertilizer, seeds and start normal spreading operation.
This component is left spreading disc only, cannot be mixed with the right disc for installation.
Prior to each operation, clear leftover fertilizer inside the spreader to avoid damp fertilizer sticking and causing blockage.
Do not spread wet, agglomerated fertilizer, which will easily jam the spread disc and cause motor overload damage.
If uneven spreading occurs, check whether the disc is loose, deformed or worn.
When spreading large-particle seeds/fertilizer, appropriately reduce the rotation speed of the spreader to extend the service life of the disc.
After daily operation, wash the spreading disc with clean water and dry it thoroughly to prevent chemical fertilizer corrosion.
Inspect the inner wear-resistant blades regularly; replace the disc immediately once cracks, deformation or severe abrasion appear.
Store spare spreading discs in a dry ventilated place, avoid long-term exposure to chemical fertilizers and humid environment.
