It serves as the locking base of the centrifugal spreading disc of the drone spreading module, matched with left & right spreading discs for assembly.
Precision spline engagement design
The internal spline perfectly meshes with the spreader drive shaft, delivering synchronous rotation. It avoids skidding between the shaft and flange when the spreader runs at high speed, ensuring uniform fertilizer spreading.
High rigidity wear-resistant alloy
Adopts reinforced metal material, resistant to chemical fertilizer corrosion, dust abrasion and impact damage, adapts to long-time continuous farm operation.
Standard original size
11011012mm unified specification, seamless installation, no gap after assembly, effectively restrain the spreading disc from shaking off during operation.
Practical maintenance accessory
Old flanges are prone to spline wear, deformation and loosening after long-term use, which will cause eccentric swing of the throwing disc, uneven seeding & fertilizing, even burn out the spread motor. Replacing this flange can restore the spread system to factory working condition.

Product Uses
A: Only fits XAG V50 2022, P80 V2 2022, P100 2022. Not compatible with upgraded new models or old generations before 2022. Please confirm your drone year & model before purchase.
A: Mostly caused by worn internal splines of the flange, spline tooth sliding or flange deformation. Replacing this spline flange can solve the loosening issue fundamentally.
A: Made of anti-corrosion alloy. Clean it with water and dry thoroughly after daily operation, rust and corrosion can be avoided for long-term use.
A: This spline flange is universal for left and right spreading discs of the matched drone models.
A: Package only contains 1 spline flange. You can reuse your original locking nuts, or purchase matching lock nuts separately in our store.
Product Operate Guide
Power off the drone entirely, disassemble the spreader assembly and remove the spreading disc.
Take off the worn old spline flange from the drive shaft.
Clean dirt, fertilizer residue and rust on the driving spline shaft.
Align the inner spline of new 02-001-08496 flange with the shaft spline and push it into place completely.
Install the spreading disc and locking nut in sequence, tighten the nut with proper torque (avoid over-tightening to crack the flange).
Assemble the spreader module back onto the drone, perform ground idle rotation inspection to confirm no shaking or eccentric rotation.
No abnormal vibration means installation is finished, then you can start fertilizing & seeding work.
