Product Uses
Professional for lowland paddy fields, muddy and wet rice fields, strong trafficability, no sinking.
Perfect for family farms, smallholder planting, scattered plots and narrow field roads.
Compact body, flexible steering, suitable for hilly areas, terraced fields and complex terrain.
Not only for rice, but also for wheat, barley and other grain crops, multi-purpose use.
Product Operate Guide
1. Preparation before homework
Check equipment: Confirm that the engine oil, fuel, and coolant are sufficient; Check if the belt, chain, cutting table, and drum are functioning properly.
Adjust parameters: Reasonably adjust the drum speed, fan air volume, and sieve opening according to the crop type and moisture content.
Safety confirmation: Check whether the brake and steering system are flexible, and confirm that there are no debris blockages.
2. Start and Drive
Start the engine: Start according to the operating procedures, first preheat by idling, and check the pressure and operating sound of each system.
Low speed driving: Maintain low speed when entering the field, smoothly operate the clutch and throttle, and avoid sudden acceleration.
Cutting height: Adjust the cutting height according to the crop height and lodging situation to ensure neat cutting and reduce missed cutting.
3. Harvesting operation
Uniform feeding: Ensure that crops are evenly fed into the drum to avoid blockages caused by excessive feeding at once.
Monitoring the threshing effect: Observe the impurity rate at the grain outlet and grain bin, and adjust the fan air volume and screen gap if necessary.
Small grain warehouse management: After the grain warehouse is full, stop the machine or drive to the ground to unload the grain in a timely manner to prevent overloading.
4. Unloading and Transfer of Grain
Safe shutdown: After stabilizing the machine, operate the unloading screw to ensure that the grain is completely unloaded.
Flexible transition: The small grain silo model has a compact size, so be careful to slow down and avoid sharp turns when transitioning.
5. Maintenance after homework
Cleaning residues: Clean the drum, screen, and grain bin after the operation to prevent blockage and mold growth.
Inspect vulnerable parts: Check the wear of blades, belts, and chains, and replace them promptly if necessary.
Daily maintenance: Add lubricating grease to keep the machine in good condition and extend its service life
FAQ
Q1: What if the engine won't start?
A: Check the battery, fuel, and air filter. Make sure the main speed lever is in neutral and the planting clutch is disengaged. Bleed air from the fuel lines.
Q2: Why is the machine weak in driving or planting?
A: Common causes are a clogged air filter, clogged fuel filter, low HST oil level, or a slipping drive belt. Clean or replace the filters, top up hydraulic oil, or tension the belt.
Q3: How to fix uneven planting (varying depth or missing seedlings)?
A: First check the planting fingers (the most common issue – bent or worn). Then check conveyor chain tension. Finally, recalibrate the planting depth.
Q4: Which parts wear fastest? When should they be replaced?
A: Planting fingers (200-300 hours), conveyor chain (150-200 hours), engine oil (every 100-200 hours). Daily inspection significantly extends machine life.
Q5: How to avoid gaps or uneven spacing when turning at the headland?
A: Before turning, raise the planting unit and disengage the clutch. After straightening the machine, lower the unit and overlap the previous row by 5-10 cm before continuing.
