How to Operate


Pre-Operation Preparation

Check the 6 Rows Rice Planting Machine thoroughly to ensure sufficient fuel and oil levels, and verify that the transplanting arm, chain, seedling claws, and tires are in good condition. Select healthy, uniform seedlings and arrange them neatly on seedling trays. Adjust transplanting depth, plant spacing, and row spacing according to field conditions and agronomic requirements to optimize seedling survival rates.


Transplanting Operation

Position the machine at the edge of the paddy field, lower the transplanting section, and select the appropriate gear before moving forward slowly. Place seedling trays on the supply platform in sequence, ensuring consistent replenishment to avoid seedling breakage. Maintain a constant speed during operation to leverage the machine’s high-speed transplanting function, avoiding sudden stops or turns that could disrupt planting uniformity.
